This one on one coaching is for students who wish to learn about fitness holistically. By taking this coaching, one will learn have access to a library of exercises and learn about:
Exercise Principles and Form
Weighted and Body Weight Exercises
Levels( Beginner - intermediate)
Beginner: Has zero or very little knowledge of fitness and exercising
Intermediate: Has prior fitness or boxing experience
1 session = 1 hour +/- 5 minutes for starting and ending the session.
*Taking 3 or 10 sessions may not be enough to achieve your fitness goals. We suggest taking more sessions and increasing your exposure to fitness through consistent and progressive practice for best results.
